H&O Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your session with me. I strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please see the options below if you need to cancel.
Full Payment: If you have paid the full amount for your shoot, and you need to cancel, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by Honey and Oak as a cancellation fee.
50% Retainer: If you have made a 50% retainer for your shoot, this retainer is considered non-refundable and will not be returned to you
